Self defense, rolling & stretching Obstacle courses & Jump ropes Kids kickboxing to music Fitness walks & playing at the park* Skating Activities & games Beach trip Chuck E. Cheese & Bowling Arts & Crafts (* - on days weather permits) Your child will learn in addition to karate: focus, discipline, physical and mental skills, courtesy, kindness, respect for others, teamwork, self control, self discipline, self respect, goal setting. We focus on enhancing the various levels of learning such as physical, emotional, social, cognitive, creative and moral development in a fun, positive and loving atmosphere. Spring Break FitCamp fee is $125 plus a $25 activity fee (Children in Alpha UPKUDO's Afterschool Karate Program pay $100 plus the activity fee for Spring Break Camp). Evening Karate Classes start at 5:30 so please have your child picked up before the 5:30 class begins.
