Collander Brain

A lot of things that are said, come our way and affect the way we feel. We need to be like a collander. Let the stuff that doesn't help keep things on a positive note, flow through us and retain only what is useful.

If we hold everything inside, we will bust, get confused or over flow. If we don't absorb enough we never get anywhere. Sometimes it is good to get drained in life. Sometimes it is good to make our holes in our collander bigger to let what things are said pass through.

Other times, we need to make our holes smaller to keep more that will help our minds and hearts to grow. So, remember your collander - its yours as big or as small as you want it to be. No ones actions or words can harm you. And you won't miss out on anything cause life has a way of recycling its lessons.
